摘　　要：以武汉市汉正街旧城区住宅为研究对象,从自建行为这一过程出发,就住宅演变、特点及使用情况等方面详细阐述旧城居民的生活条件的变化过程。通过对案例样本的分析,发掘出住宅自建活动的规律及影响住宅自建行为的主要因素,并分析其对自建行为的具体影响方式及各种影响因素之间的关系。In aspects of the evolution of the houses at Hanzheng Street of Wuhan, the service state of houses, and the course of selfbuilding, this paper makes account of the change of the residents living circumstances in old city. The Case study shows us the law of self-built activities, the main influential factors on self-built behavior, the way of influence and the relation between influential factors.
