摘  要:本文自行设计并合成了分子量在1000以上,以多个-NH-和-OH作为锚固基团的梳型大分子分散剂AAFC(烷基酚-烷基胺甲醛缩合物)。研究了用AAFC对酞菁绿颜料进行表面处理的方法。考察了AAFC的不同加量对酞菁绿颜料的粒径分布、润湿性的影响。对经AAFC处理后的酞菁绿颜料的表面自由能、表面自由能的色散和极性成分进行了估算。经5%AAFC处理后的酞菁绿颜料以正辛醇为分散介质,粒径在0~1μm区间的粒子达98%以上。与十八胺相比经AAFC处理后的酞菁绿颜料具有更好的分散性。加量以5~7%为宜。Abstract AAFC(alkylphenol-alkylamine formaldehyde condensate)is a new dispersant.It has been designed and synthesized by ourselves.AAFC has a comb-shape structure consisting of several anchoring groups,e.g.-NH-and-OH etc,and linear hydrocarbon chains.Surface treatment of Phthalocyanine Green G by AAFC was studied.The addition of AAFC has an effect on dispersing stability of Phthalocyanine Green G.Phthalocyanine Green G,treated by AAFC,is better dispersing stability than by n-octadecylamine in n-octanol,n-butyl alcohol and DMF.The critical wetting surface tension of pigment is estimated by means of Zisman figure.The surface free energy of pigment and the dispersion and polar components of the surface free energy of pigment have been calculated by harmonic mean method.
