摘　　要：本文报道了以十六烷基三甲基溴化胺为离子对，高效反相液相色谱法分析溴氨酸钠盐。讨论十六烷基三甲基溴化胺对溴氨酸钠盐分离的影响。本方法的回收率为９８８～１００９％，标准偏差小于０７０％。Abstract This paper reports the analytic method of Bromaminic acid (Na salt)with converse-phase chromatography,using hexadecyltrimethyl ammonium bromide as pair-ion agent.The effect of different concentration of hexadecyltrimethyl ammonium bromide on their separation was discussed.The relative standard deviation is less then 0 7%,and recovery is 98 8～100 9%.
