摘　　要：Th17细胞是新近发现的一种新的CD4+T细胞亚群,其分化和增殖明显不同于Th1和Th2细胞,并且在多种自身免疫性疾病中发挥了重要的作用。通过对Th17细胞及其相关因子的研究,将会揭示这类疾病的发病机制,从而为治疗自身免疫性疾病提供新的途径。Recent studies demonstrate an IL-17-producer CD4＋ T cell subpopulation, termed Th17, distinct from Thl and Th2. Evidence suggesting that Th 17 cell play an important role in autoimmune disease. Investigating the function of Th 17 cells and related factors in autoimmune diseases could reveal the pathogenesis of these diseases and provide new methods for therapy of autoimmune diseases.
