水文化的固守与变迁——以红河县侨乡迤萨镇水文化为例

摘　　要：文章从中国陆疆侨乡水文化的视角出发,以云南红河县侨乡为例,阐述了陆疆侨县红河的水文化中的人们顺应和利用自然水源,认识和掌握各种水的来源、水质和开发方式;依据对自然降水、地下水、地表水等水源的不同分类而形成的其特有的取水、贮水、用水制度及习俗;阐述了建国后在现代技术条件下的水文化的提升、交汇和融合;指出了侨乡水文化的特点和功能,实现了人与自然和谐、协调,形成了人与人、人与社会、汉族与少数民族的和睦关系。The paper deals with how people adapt to and draw upon natural water,realize and master water sources,water quality and water development from the perspective of water culture of overseas Chinese towns with Honghe county as an example.They have formed customs and practices of collecting,storing and using water according to natural precipitation,groundwater,and surface water.The paper also shows the improvement,interaction and mergence of water cultures under modern technology conditions after the Founding of PRC.The author points out the features and functions of water culture,which bring harmony between nature and people,man and man,man and society,Han nationality and minority nationalities.
