摘　　要：建设高水平的创新团队是高校科技创新能力提高的关键,而创新型团队科研创新能力的发挥又离不开有效的评价和激励。从能力的角度提炼指标体系,再进行实际调查,通过调查数据验证初始模型,并结合层次分析法确定各指标的相对权重,这是笔者认为的高校科研团队创新评价指标设计一种理想方式。The construction of scientific innovation team is crucial to the development of college scientific creativity and requires effective evaluation and stimulation.A solution to the design of evaluation standards can be sought by examining the data from investigation for initial model and settling the relative weight of preset index with analytical hierarchy process
