对高校学生公寓管理的浅谈

摘　　要：高校学生公寓是高校后勤的重点,其学生公寓的管理将直接影响学校的稳定和发展。高校应积极落实中央对高校管理的有关文件精神,扎实推进思想政治教育进公寓,积极开展学生公寓文化建设,狠抓基础常规管理,强化学生公寓的育人功能,全面提高学生的思想政治素质和道德素质,把学生公寓建设成提高人才培养质量的重要阵地。The university dorm is the university rear service key point, its dorm management immediate influence school stability and advancement. The university should carry out the central committee positively the related document spirit which manages to the university, advances the Ideological and pohtical education apartment solidly, carries out the dorm cultural reconstruction positively, vigorously promotes the foundation convention management, strengthens the dorm to nurture the person function, improves student＇s thought political fiberre and the moral quality comprehensively, constructs the dorm improves the personnel training quality the critical position.
