摘　　要：现代质量管理的职能已从“事后检验”发展到工序质量控制，在催化剂生产中，我们将技术检验方法和统计方法并用，重视产品形成过程的工序管理，本文用实例介绍了频数分布和直方图等统计质量控制方法在工序能力管理上的应用。The function of modern quality management has shifted from out going inspection to process quality control. In catalyst preparation, we combine technical inspection and statistical method and pay close attention to process management. This article describes the application of statistical quality control method (i. g., frequency histogram) in the management of process ability.
