补肾颗粒对慢性再生障碍性贫血患者CD28、CD95表达的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨补肾颗粒治疗慢性再生障碍性贫血(CAA)的作用机制。方法将CAA患者分为中药组(60例)和环胞菌素A组(CsA组,16例);中药组以补肾颗粒为主辨证治疗,CsA组以环孢菌素A为主治疗,疗程6个月,另设健康对照组20名,比较健康对照组与CAA各组治疗前后CD3+、CD3+CD28+、CD3+CD95+的表达水平。结果CAA各组治疗前CD3+、CD3+CD28+、CD3+CD95+的表达均较健康对照组高(P<0.05),以肾阴虚型表达异常更甚。各组治疗后CD28表达下调,CD95表达上调。结论CAA患者T细胞CD28及CD95表达异常;补肾颗粒可能通过调节CD28及CD95水平调控CAA患者T细胞的异常激活和凋亡,从而促进造血功能恢复。Objective To study the mechanism of Bushen Granule （Granule for reinforcing the kidney） for the treatment of chronic aplastic anemia （CAA）. Methods The CAA patients were divided into the herbal group （60 cases） treated mainly by Bushen Granule with syndrome differentiation and the Cyclosporin A group （16 cases） treated mainly by Cyclosporin A for 6 months. The healthy con- trol group consisting of 20 healthy subjects was set up. The expressions of CD3^＋, CD3 ^＋CD28^＋, and CD3^＋CD95^＋ of the healthy control groups were compared with the herbal group and the Cyclosporin A group. Results The expressions of CD3^＋, CD3^＋CD28^＋ , and CD3^＋CD95^＋ of the CAA groups were higher than those of the healthy control group（P〈0.05）, especially in those who were of kidney yin deficiency syndrome. In the treated groups, the expression of CD28 was down-regulated while that of CD95^＋ was up-egulated. Conclusion Bushen Granule is able to regulate the abnormally activated T cells and their apoptosis through regulating the expre sions of CD28 and CD95, thus the hematopoietie function is restored.
