针刺运动疗法治疗急性创伤性喉炎120例临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨针刺运动疗法治疗急性创伤性喉炎风热证的临床疗效及安全性。方法将240例急性创伤性喉炎风热证患者分为治疗组(针刺开音1号穴为主结合喉部声门深呼吸运动)和对照组(硫酸庆大霉素、地塞米松喉部雾化吸入),两组均治疗5天后观察患者声带充血、肿胀及喉痛、音哑等症状体征积分变化判断疗效并做安全性观察。结果治疗组治疗后第3天愈显率及总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),第6天的愈显率及总有效率与对照组相当(P>0.05);患者血常规、尿常规、肝肾功能等指标未见异常。结论针刺开音1号穴为主结合喉部声门深呼吸运动的针刺运动疗法治疗急性创伤性喉炎安全有效。Objective To study the therapeutic effect and safety of acupuncture along with the deep respiration on patient of acute traumatic laryngitis. Methods Totally 240 cases with wind heat syndrome were divided into a treatment group （treated by puncturing acupoint Kaiyin 1 as the main point in combination with deep respiration of the patient） and a control group （treated by gentamycin sulfate and dexamethasone spray-inhalation）. After the treatment for 5 days, both groups were observed on the changes of the symptom scores for congestion and swelling of vocal cords, sore throat, and hoarseness for evaluating the therapeutic effect and safety. Results On the 3rd day of treatment, the cured and markedly effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05）, while on the 6th day of treatment, the cured and markedly effective.rate of the treatment group was similar with that of the control group （P〉0. 05）. There was no untowards finding in laboratory test. Conclusion Puncturing acupoint Kaiyin 1 as the main point in combination with deep respiration of the patient is a effective and safe treatment for acute traumatic laryngitis.
