穴位注药埋线法对痔术后疼痛的疗效及安全性评价

摘　　要：目的评价穴位注药埋线法对痔术后疼痛的止痛作用和安全性。方法将105例痔术后患者随机分为治疗组54例,对照组51例。治疗组于局部麻醉后在长强穴一次性注药埋线,对照组予吲哚美辛栓术后1粒纳肛。分别于手术后第1、2、4、7天记录两组中度及重度疼痛情况、疼痛程度评分、综合疗效评分,进行临床疗效及安全性评价。结果在不同时间点,穴位注药埋线法对痔术后综合疗效评分、中度及重度疼痛的发生率、疼痛程度评分、患者的满意度以及不良反应发生率、并发症的发生率、镇痛药物使用率等方面的作用均优于对照组(P<0.05);术后第1、7天治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论穴位注药埋线法对痔术后疼痛有较好的止痛作用,能减少合并症,并且安全可靠。Objective To evaluate the effect and safety of point injection and embedding therapy on postoperative pain of hemorrhoid patients. Methods Totally 105 hemorrhoid patients were randomized into a treatment group （54 cases） and a control group （51 cases）. The treatment group was treated by point injection and embedding therapy at Changqiang point （GV 1） under the local anesthesia. The control group was treated by Indometacin Suppository after operation. On the first, second, fourth and seventh clay of the treatment, the pain occurrence, pain severity, and comprehensive effect scores were recorded for the evaluation of therapeutic effect and safety. Results On all interview periods, the comprehensive effect score, pain occurrence, pain severity, patient satisfaction, occurrence of untoward effect, complications, and analgesics combination in the treatment group were all superior to those in the control group （P〈0. 05）. The total effective rate of the treatment group on the first and seventh clay of treatment was significantly higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The point injection and embedding therapy is effective in stopping the hemorrhoid postoperative pain and reducing the complications, and is safe in treatment.
