摘  要:在野外实地调查基础上,采用TWINSPAN和DCA对乌鞘岭旱泉沟流域次生植物群落进行了数量分类和排序,从植物群系组成、植物群落与环境的生态关系方面,研究石羊河上游封山禁牧区植被群落的分布格局,用以确定该区植被演替序列,并给予合理的环境解释。研究结果表明:(1)采用TWINSPAN数量分类方法,将植被划分为7个群落类型;(2)对于特定的研究区域茶树沟,制约群落类型、植物种分布格局的主要因素是水分和热量;(3)DCA排序图明显反映出排序轴的生态意义,第一轴基本上突出反映了湿度变化,沿第一轴从左到右,湿度逐渐增大;第二轴主要表现了温度梯度,沿第二轴从下到上,温度逐渐降低。(4)次生林的演替序列为山杨树→桦树→青海云杉,其自然演替顶级为青海云杉。Based on the survey of community plots, The two-way indicator species analysis and the Detrended correspondence analysis were adopted to classify and rank the quadrats of the secondary forest in the eastern Qilian mountains in gansu province. To study the spatial distribution pattern of plant populations from the species structure and the ecological relationship of plant species, plant communities and environment in this region, and so as to obtained the forest secondary succession in different stages. The results show that there were 7 community types, the primary limiting factors were water and heat. The result of DCA ordination showed that dieffrent plant communities and their distributing area varied along the environmental gradients in the ordination grpah. The first axis of DCA denoted humidity gradient and the second axis of DCA denoted change of ahiutde and temperature gradient. The results indicate that the succession law of the secondary forest was from aspen, however, with the passage of time, serelimax finally became the Qinghai Spruce.
