摘　　要：对装用CW—200型转向架的25K型空调客车的车下走线管路、底架钢结构上焊接吊梁、转向架构架上焊接起吊座进行了改造。通过吊梁和起吊座上的销孔,用圆销、钢丝绳和开口销将转向架构架与车体钢结构相连,架起车体钢结构的同时连同转向架构架一同吊起,解决了轮对检修只有在地沟台位才可以进行且拆卸施工量大的问题。The wiring pipeline under the car,the welded hanging sill on the underframe steel structure and the lifting seat welded on the bogie frames of the 25K passenger cars mounted with CW-200 bogies are reformed.Through the pin hole in the hanging sill and lifting seat,with the circular pin,steel wire rope and split pin,the bogie frame is connected with the carbody steel structure,thus,the bogie frame will also be lifted while the carbody steel structure is jacked up,so that the problem that the wheelsets can only be inspected and repaired on platform with pit,the discharging and working load are great is solved.
