摘　　要：局域网精灵是一个面向局域网的P2P实时通信工具,能够进行点对点的文字聊天,多线程断点续传文件,还能进行语音电话。就系统中用到的原理及实现展开讨论,并详细论述语音电话的具体实现。LanElf is a real-time communication tool using the P2P technology based on LAN. It can not only realize point to point written chats and transmitting files using the multithreading technology and continuous transmission technology of break point, but also realize point to point instantaneous voice communication. Discusses the primary principle and realization used in the development process. It also gives particular explanation of the realization of point to point instantaneous voice communication.
