20例群蜂螫伤患者的急救护理及临床体会

摘　　要：目的：总结群蜂螫伤引起急性肾功能衰竭药物治疗与血液透析的临床观察，急救护理，提高护士临床护理水平。方法：对20例群蜂螫伤患者的治疗和护理进行分析和总结。结果：20例群蜂螫伤患者，其中发生急性肾功能衰竭2例，消化道出血，呼吸肌麻痹死亡1例，现将我科收治的20例群蜂螫伤患者谈谈护理方面的体会。Objective bees sting induced acute renal failure and hemodialysis therapy clinical observation, emergency care, clirfical care to improve the level of nurses. Methods： 20 patients with bees sting treatment and care of patients analyzed and summarized. Results： 20 cases of patients with bees sting, which took place on 2 cases of acute renal failure, gastrointestinal bleeding, respiratory muscle paralysis and 1 died, now I have 20 patients were admitted patients to talk about bees sting care experience.
