Z412W/Z413W型转化催化剂在川维甲醇装置的应用研究

摘　　要：四川维尼纶厂维明公司甲醇厂是国内首套以天然气为原料的100kt／a合成甲醇装置，其转化炉工艺条件有三个特点：（1）在转化管入口处向原料气配入16％（V／V）的CO2，以提高合成气中碳氧化物对氢的比值．（2）为降低合成气中CH4含量，转化管出口温度提至865℃，比传统要高50～80℃。（3）原料气中氧含量较高（数百ppm）。按照厂方和设计院要求，考察了Z412W／Z413W型催化剂对这些工艺条件的适应性。从1996年12月投运至今已连续运转了9个多月，表现出优良的催化性能。Chuanwei methanol plant is the first natural-gas-based 100kt/a methanol synthesis plant in China,whose process conditions are featured by (1) 16% (V/V) CO2 added to feed gas at inlet of reformer for increased carbon-oxides-to-hydogen ratio in syngas; (2) raised temperature at the ontlet of reformer tubes to 865℃,which is 50～80℃ higher than traditional; (3)Oxygen concentration feed gas is higher (several hundred ppm). According to the requirement of the plant and design institute, adaptability of Z412W/Z413W catalysts to these process conditions was investigated. Since the plant was put into operation in December,1996, it has been running continually for more than nine months, during which the catalysts exhibited excellent catalytic performance.
