摘　　要：本文论述了水乳型聚氨酯皮革涂饰剂的自乳化扩链剂２，２＿二羟甲基丙酸（ＤＭＰＡ）的合成方法及纯化方法。讨论了催化剂、原料摩尔比、氧化剂和洗涤溶剂对合成反应及产品纯度的影响。简述了ＤＭＰＡ在水乳型聚氨酯皮革涂饰剂中的应用，给出了ＤＭＰＡ的红外光谱图。表３，图１。Abstract The measured formaldehyde solution and sodium hydroxide are added into a 3_mouth flask and reacted under control at 18～22℃, added by the measured propylaldehyde in 1h, continued to react for 3h, then vacuum_distilled at 70～110℃ to give dimethylolpropionic propylaldehyde. It is put by distilled water and dropped by H 2O 2 at 50～60℃. The reaction is gradually heated to 95℃, reacted under the kept temperature for 30min. And then the distillation is carried out under a reduced pressure at 70～100℃. Finally treatments as cleaning, filtration, drying and grinding are followed to get the title product. 3 tabs,1 drawing,14 refs
