滋养心肾针刺法治疗迟发性痤疮疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察滋养心肾针刺法治疗迟发性痤疮的临床疗效。方法:将76例患者随机分为2组,治疗组40例采用滋养心肾针刺法治疗,对照组36例采用大椎穴刺络拔罐疗法治疗。观察2组的临床疗效。结果:临床疗效总有效率治疗组为97.5%,对照组为80.6%,2组比较,差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:滋养心肾针刺法治疗迟发性痤疮可疏通面部气血,养心安神,滋阴益肾,调节全身,具有较好的临床疗效。Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of acupuncture with the action of nourishing heart and kidney for the treatment of tardive acne.Methods:Seventy-six patients were randomized into 2 groups:the treatment group was given heart-kidney nourishing acupuncture,and the control group received collaterals-acupuncture and cupping on acupoint of Dazhui.After treatment,the therapeutic effect was evaluated.Results:The total effective rate was 97.5% in the treatment group and 80.5% in the control group,the difference being significant between the two groups(P < 0.01).Conclusion:Heart-kidney nourishing acupuncture is effective for the treatment of tardive acne by activating facial Qi and blood,nourishing heart and calming mind,nourishing kidney yin and regulating the whole body.
