九江市庐山区210例健康人群流行性脑脊髓膜炎抗体水平监测

摘　　要：目的了解九江市庐山区健康人群流脑A群、C群抗体水平,为健康人群流脑A群、C群抗体水平监测工作提供指导。方法采集7个年龄组健康人群血清标本,各年龄组平均30人,共210人份,使用ELISA方法进行流脑A群和C群抗体的检测。结果各年龄组的A群抗体中,0～岁组抗体阳性率最低为42.85%;各年龄组C群抗体中,0～岁组抗体阳性率最低为35.71%,3～岁组抗体阳性率最高,在75%以上;流脑A群抗体阳性率高于C群。结论该区仍有部分人群抗体水平较低,对A群和C群流脑尚不具有免疫力,存在局部暴发流脑A群和C群的可能;有必要在大龄儿童及青少年中推广A+C流脑疫苗的接种。Objective To explore the antibody levels against group A and group C epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis among the healthy population in Lushan District,Jiujiang City,and to provide a guidance for surveillance work on antibody level against group A and group C epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis in healthy population.Methods A total of 210 sera samples were collected from the healthy population of 7 age groups,an average of 30 persons in each age group,and the antibodies against group A and group C epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis were detected by ELISA.Results Among all age groups,the positive rate of group A antibody of 0～ age group was the lowest （42.85%）.Among all age groups,the positive rate of group C antibody of 0～ age group was the lowest （35.71%）,while the positive rate of group C antibody of 3～ age group was the highest （above 75%）.The positive rate of group A antibody was higher than that of group C antibody against epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis.Conclusions Part of the population in Lushan District still have a low antibody level and are not immune to group A and group C epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis which are possible to break out in some areas.It is necessary to extend the vaccination against A＋C epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis among elder children and teenagers.
