摘　　要：目的了解湖南省涟源市医务人员的手卫生状况及其影响因素。方法采用分层随机抽样的方法进行医务人员手卫生状况调查。结果洗手后,医务人员手卫生合格率显著高于洗手前。洗手前:单因素分析表明,职业和性别对医务人员洗手前的手卫生状况无显著影响,但年龄、单位类别、常用洗手和消毒方式、手部卫生培训及手卫生相关知识得分可显著影响医务人员的手卫生合格率;多因素非条件Logistic回归分析进一步表明,年龄、单位类别、手卫生相关知识得分及手部卫生培训与洗手前医务人员的手卫生状况显著相关。洗手后,各相关因素对医务人员手卫生合格率无显著性影响。结论手部卫生行为是医务人员与周边环境持续相互作用的结果,针对影响手卫生的危险因素,应加强医务人员(特别是医生)手卫生相关知识的学习与培训,并进行长期的监测和督导工作,从而有效降低医院感染发生率。Objective To understand the current situation and influencing factors of hand hygiene among the clinical medical workers in Lianyuan City,Hunan Province.Methods Stratified random sampling was used for investigating hand hygiene in the clinical medical professionals.Results After washing hands,the eligible rate of hand hygiene increased significantly.Single factor analysis indicated that vocation and sex had no significant effects on hand hygiene of clinical medical professionals before washing hands;but age,unit classification,the style of hand-washing and hand-sterilizing,training and the knowledge score of hand hygiene affected their hand hygiene situation significantly.Logistic regression analysis further confirmed that age,unit classification,the knowledge score of hand hygiene,and hand-washing style were significantly correlated with their hand hygiene situation before washing hands.After washing hands,the related influencing factors had no significant effects on the eligible rate of hand hygiene in clinical medical professionals.Conclusions Hand hygiene behavior is an interactive result of medical workers and their peripheric environments.We should aim at the risk factors of hand hygiene,pay more attention to the related knowledge study and training for clinical medical workers,and carry on long-term monitoring and supervision so as to cut down the incidence rate of nosocomial infection.
