N-烷基-β-氨基丙酸型两性表面活性剂的合成及其泡沫性能研究

摘　　要：研究了用丙烯腈与伯胺作用，再碱性水解来制备Ｎ－烷基－β－氨基丙酸型两性表面活性剂的工艺条件。用ＷａｒｉｎｇＢｌｅｎｄｅｒ法对合成产品在不同条件下的泡沫性能进行了研究。结果表明：合成的产品在ｐＨ值２～６．５范围内泡沫性能较差，在ｐＨ值８以上泡沫性能好，且有一定耐温、抗盐和抗钙能力，可作为泡沫钻井、修井循环用泡沫流体的主剂。This paper studies the synthetic condition of N alkyl β aminopropionate zwitterionic surfactant with acrylonitrile and fatty primary amine,and determines the foam properties of the synthetic products with waring Blender method in varied conditions.The results show that the products possess fair foam properties in the solution NaCl content 1%～5% or Ca 2+ content less than 3×10 -4 and in higher temperature.N dodecyl derivative shows excellent foam properties at pH)8,it exhibits minium foaming ability at pH=2～6.5,and may be as an recycle foamer in petroleum foam driling.
