摘　　要：介绍尿烷泡沫塑料生成的化学反应和过程，并且阐明在“一步法”制备尿烷泡沫塑料的工艺中，硅氧烷表面活性剂起关键作用。详细讨论了该表面活性剂在反应体系中的分散、气泡的形成、长大、稳定以及气室的开放等方面的作用机理。In this paper urethane foam processes and its chemical reactions have been introduced.The silicone surfactant have played a key role in the commercial success of the one shot urethane foam processes.For the convenience of discussion,the mechanisms of silicone surfactant function can be divided into four aspects:disperse reactants,bubble formation,bubble stability,and cell opening
