未成熟心肌细胞体外培养概要及其应用进展

摘　　要：未成熟心肌细胞的培养是以新生动物和胚胎的心肌组织作为实验材料,采用酶消化法在体外培养建立的一种实验模型,该模型建立的关键在于如何提高心肌细胞的存活率、搏动率和纯化率,在电生理、中药、心血管疾病研究领域已显示其重要意义。通过检索国内外相关文献,对未成熟心肌细胞的培养方法进行着重阐述,并结合心肌细胞的形态生理学、鉴定方法、培养过程中的影响因素和应用等方面进行综合分析。Embryo cardiomyocyte culture is an experimental model that based on the cardiomyocyte of newborn animal and embryo,useing enzyme to process the tissue and harvesting a great number of cardiac myocytes cultrured in vitro,the key about establishment of experimental model is how to improve the survival rate,pulse rate and purification rate of myocardial cells,this model has played an important role in the field of electrophysiology,Chinese medicine and cardiovascular disease reseach.Reviewing the domestic and foreign lastest documents,this articlefocused on the cultivation methods of immature myocardial cells,and do a comprehensive analysis combined with cardiac cell morphophysiology,identification methods,influencing factors in the foster process and applications.
