摘　　要：种子细胞一直是组织工程研究的焦点。继骨髓间充质干细胞以后,干细胞领域又发现一种新的成体干细胞——脂肪源性干细胞,它可向骨、软骨、脂肪、肌肉、内皮和神经等多种细胞分化。脂肪干细胞由于具有多种优点而逐渐成为组织工程的种子细胞。通过分析脂肪干细胞的多向分化能力,对这一领域最新的研究进展及应用前景进行探讨。The study of seeding cells have always been a hot spot in tissue engineering.Adipose-derived stem cells（ADSCs）,a kind of new adult stem cells which had the ability of the multiple differentiation to bone,cartilage,sebum,muscle,endodermis and nerves,were becoming the seeding cell gradually in tissue engineering just because of its several conspicuous advantages.This paper focused on the plasticity of ADSCs and reviewed the new advances of this field.Finally,the prospect for application was also discussed.
