摘　　要：Tenascin-W是Tenascin家族中的一员,是一种黏附抑制因子。正常组织中不表达Te-nascin-W,因此Tenascin-W作为肿瘤标志物的研究更具有广泛的前景。Tenascin-W能促进肿瘤细胞及肿瘤相关细胞的迁移,以此干预肿瘤细胞的生物学行为,在肿瘤新生血管也检测到了Tenascin-W,推测其可能通过抑制癌细胞的黏附,加速肿瘤新生血管的形成,促进了肿瘤的侵袭转移,加速了肿瘤细胞的恶性进展。The extracellular matrix glycopmtein Tenascin-W（TN-W）,a member of the tenascin gene family,is an adhesion inhibitory factor.Tenascin-W is not expression in normal tissues,therefore,the studies on Tenascin-W as a tumor marker has more extensive prospect.Tenascin-W can promote the tumor cells and tumor-associated cell migration,thus interfere the biological behavior of tumor cells,which has also been detected in tumor angiogenesis.Tenascin-W,speculated that it may through inhibit cancer cell adhesion,accelerate the formation of tumor angiogenesis,promotes tumor invasion and metastasis,and accelerated the malignant progression of tumor cells.
