摘　　要：细胞周期素A基因定位在染色体4q27上,为S期的特征性细胞周期蛋白,并且是一种具有癌基因性质的细胞周期蛋白,是G1期向S期转移的限速因素。细胞周期素A含有一个周期素盒,还含有一个降解盒。参与调节细胞DNA合成和有丝分裂的作用,在人类多种肿瘤中都过度表达,其过度表达与肝脏、颅脑、血液系统、子宫、软组织等肿瘤预后呈负相关。CyclinA is located at 4q27 in chromosome as a special cell cycle protein in S phase,which control G1 phase to transfer S phase and has oncogene character.CyclinA contain a cyclin box,and a destruction box.CyclinA adjust cell DNA composition and mitosis,excessive expression in many kinds of tumor,and associated with bad prognosis with liver cancer,intracranial tumors,blood tumors,womb tumors,and some soft tissue tumors.
