摘  要:为实现非健全信息下的配电网容错故障诊断和不确定故障定位条件下的故障自动恢复,将收到的故障信息与其他相关信息相融合,基于贝叶斯分析方法,估计出各个可能故障区域的故障概率,建立了配电网的层次模型,提出一种根据区域故障概率和层次关系并考虑开关拒动等因素的配电网故障自动恢复步骤。结合2个实例进行了详细说明,结果表明所提出的方法在故障信息误报、漏报或错报情况下都能得出有价值的故障定位结果,无论对于开环还是闭环配电网都能够实现故障自动恢复。In order to attain robust fault allocation and restoration in the case of uncertain fault diagnosis of distribution grids,the fault information received is blended with other related information,based on which,the fault probability of each distribution area is evaluated using the Bayes approach.A hierarchical model for distribution grids is developed and the steps of restoration are worked out in accordance with the fault probabilities and the hierarchy of the distribution areas.The refused actions of switches are considered as well.Two examples are given to illustrate the proposed approaches.It is shown that meaningful fault allocation is achieved even in the case of misreporting or failed-report of fault information.The proposed restoration approach is feasible for both radial and looped distribution grids.
