摘 要:相对于开环运行来说,闭环运行在供电连续性和维持电压水平方面都有优势,也更适用于有分布式电源接入的情况。着重研究闭环电网的特征并给出相应的保护方案,分析了传统配电网的保护措施,以及当电网由开环升级到闭环运行时,这些保护方法在新网络中的适用性。研究了纵联快速电流保护和无通道电流保护在闭环网络中的应用,这些保护方案均能显著提高含分布式电源的闭环网络的安全性和可靠性。This paper proposes protection schemes for closed loop distribution networks with distributed generators.Generally,most distribution networks operate in radial or open loop configurations due to the security requirements and protection limits.With the rapid expansion of modern power systems and the demand for high quality power supplies,the closed loop operation is being gradually adopted.Furthermore,with the increasing penetration of distributed generators,radial operation is not compatible with improving system stability with distributed generators.This paper investigates the protection requirements of the closed loop network,and analyzes the characteristics of conventional protection schemes applied to closed loop distribution networks.Taking distributed generators into consideration,the paper proposes a pilot wire instantaneous protection scheme for closed loop networks.Furthermore,the possibility of non-communication over-current protection is also investigated for its potential application in closed loop networks.The proposed protection schemes show that they can significantly improve the reliability and security of closed loop distribution networks with distributed generators.
