摘　　要：提出了基于多域共享技术的调度集控互备系统,阐述了以数据同步、数据安全、数据交互、多级互备、系统维护等关键技术实现调度自动化系统与集控系统数据采集与监控(SCADA)功能的多级互备。实际应用表明,所提出的系统符合调度自动化系统与集控系统的安全等级和应急处理能力要求。The dispatch and centralized control mutual backup system based on multi-domain sharing technology is proposed.The realization of supervisory control and data acquisition（SCADA） function mutual backup between dispatching automation and centralized control systems by data synchronization,data security,data exchange,multi-level inter-backup,and other key technologies,is discussed.The practical application shows that the proposed system can meet the security level and emergency processing capability requirements of dispatching automation system and centralized control system.
