摘　　要：本文基于专利信息对企业技术创新能力进行评价,并对技术创新能力的影响因素进行理论分析和实证检验,发现技术创新能力评价因子与创新资源存在明显的线性相关性,因此为了有效提升企业的技术创新能力,需要企业在人力资源、研发资源和物力资源加大投入,同时也要做好财务资源和组织资源的合理配置。The article not only evaluates technological innovation capabilities based on patent information,but also make theoretical analysis and empirical testing for the influencing factor of technological innovation ability.I find that there exits an obvious linear correlation between technological innovation capabilities factor and enterprise value.So in order to enhance their technological innovation capabilities,it is needed that increasing the investment on human resources,RD resources and material resources,while making the rational allocation of organizational resources and financial resources.
