中药内服外敷治疗髌骨软化症临床分析

摘　　要：目的:观察中药内服外敷治疗髌骨软化症的临床效果。方法:治疗组32例用中药内服外敷,对照组27例用玻璃酸钠膝关节腔注射。结果:治疗组总有效率96.9%,对照组总有效率70.4%,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中药内服外敷治疗髌骨软化症效果较好。Objective ： To observe the clinical effect on chondromalacia patellae treated with internal and external medicine. Method： 32 cases were treated with internal and external medicine as the study group while 27 cases were treated with injection of sodium hyaluronate into knee joint cavities as the control group. Result ： The total effective rate of the study group was 96.9% while that of the control group was 70.4%. The therapeutic effect of the study group was superior to that of the control group （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： The effect on chondromalacia patellae treated with internal and external medicine is good.
