久泻灵冲剂对溃疡性结肠炎大鼠GSH-Px、SOD及MDA影响的实验研究

摘　　要：目的观察久泻灵冲剂对溃疡性结肠炎大鼠模型的影响,为临床用药的有效性提供实验依据。方法采用异种异体结肠黏膜组织致敏法和乙酸局部灌肠相结合的方法制造动物模型。将Wistar大鼠随机分为空白对照组、模型对照组、阳性对照组及久泻灵冲剂大、中、小剂量组。连续给药14 d,末次给药后24 h处死大鼠,制备结肠组织匀浆,生化法检测结肠组织中GSH-Px、SOD、MDA的含量,结肠组织HE染色后进行病理学组织评分。结果久泻灵可明显降低结肠组织中MDA的活性水平,升高GSH-Px、SOD的活性,降低病理组织学评分。结论久泻灵冲剂对溃疡性结肠炎模型大鼠有显著的干预作用,其机制可能与抗氧自由基损伤有关。Objective To provide a valid experimental basis for clinical medication by observing the influence of Jiuxieling granule o the model of rats with ulcerative colitis（UC）. Methods After making the UC wistar rat model, we divided them into dif ferent groups, then administered the rats with different concentration of Jiuxieling granule for 14 days. Sacrificing the rats, we detected the level of GSH-Px.SOD.MDA in the colon tissue,and got the histopathological score from tissue section stained by HE. Results the Jiuxieling granule decreased the level of MDA and the histopathological score, and increased the activity of GSHPx and SOD. Conclusion the Jiuxieling granule has the notable interventional effect on the UC rats model, it may be related to the damage of anti--oxygen radicals.
