中医药整体序贯疗法对阿片类成瘾药物戒断后生命质量改善作用的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:前瞻性设计、观察中医药"整体序贯疗法"对阿片样药物成瘾者戒断后生命质量的改善作用。方法:纳入苏州市强制戒毒所戒毒病人90例,随机分为治疗组50例和空白对照组40例。治疗组各期疗法与疗程:戒断稽延期治以温补肝肾,行气止痛,疗程15天;康复矫治期治以调补气血阴阳,疗程60天;抗复吸期治以填精补脑,养心宁神,疗程60天。采用生命质量测定量表、心理卫生自评量表和体能康复等综合评定各阶段及整体疗效。结果:本治疗方法可提高总体生命质量,其中对戒断症状和躯体功能的改善较心理及社会功能明显;对躯体化、强迫症状、抑郁、焦虑、敌对以及精神病性因子等心理卫生指标也有显著改善作用;体能状况也有明显增强(均为p<0.05)。结论:本中医药整体序贯疗法对阿片类药物成瘾者戒断后生命质量及心理卫生、体能状况具有各阶段及整体治疗改善作用。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） sequential therapy improving life＇s quality of opium-addicts. Methods： 90 opium-addicts from Suzhou Compulsive Addiction Treatment Center were enrolled and randomly divided into TCM sequential therapy treatment group （T group, n =50） and control group （C group, n = 40）. The whole sequential therapy lasted 135 days, made up by three treatment-stages which were for protracted withdrawal phase lasting 15days, rehabilitation-orthotherapy phase of 60 days, and anti-relapse phase of 60 days. The clinical effect were evaluated with the life＇s quality scale, symptom checklist 90 scale （SCL-90） and physical performance test. Results： The T group＇ scores improved post treatment of life＇s quality scale （change of the protracted withdrawal symptoms and physical function better than psychological and society functions）, of certain psychological health scale and of physical performance were significant compared to C group＇ （whole p〈0.05）. Conclusion： TCM sequential therapy has clinical efficacy on improving quality of life, psychological health and physical function to opium-addicts.
