自身免疫性溶血在川崎病早期诊断中的相关性

摘　　要：目的分析总结自身免疫性贫血(抗人球蛋白试验)在川崎病患者中的实验室表现,探讨此症的诊断及治疗。方法通过分析50例川崎病患者的抗人球蛋白试验结果 ,与30例对照组进行比较,总结自身免疫性贫血(抗人球蛋白试验)在川崎病的诊断中的临床意义。结果对两组病例临床实验室数据采用SPSS13.0统计软件进行分析,两者差异有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论自身免疫性贫血(抗人球蛋白试验)在川崎病中的实验室表现具有一定临床意义,进行相关化验、检查有助于该病的诊断。Objective To analyze and summarize the laboratory features of autoimmune anemia（anti-human globulin test） in Kawasaki disease and to explore the diagnosis and treatment of this disease. Methods We summarized the clinical significance of autoimmune anemia （anti-human globulin test）in the diagnosis of Kawasaki disease by analysis of anti-human globulin test results of 50 cases of Kawasaki disease and comparison of 30 cases of the control group. Results The clinical laboratory data of two groups were analyzed by using statistical software SPSS13.0,and there was a significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion The laboratory features of autoimmune anemia（anti-human globulin test）in Kawasaki disease show clinical significance and the related tests and examinations will be helpful to the diagnosis of Kawasaki disease.
