摘　　要：江泽民认为道德监督是以德治国方略的重要环节,是党的建设和反腐倡廉建设中需要解决的一个重要问题,在重视制度监督的同时,必须加强道德监督。他提出,各级领导干部要树立正确的群众观和权力观,处理好公权与私权的关系,带头树立好的家风;要从实际出发,实现道德的规范化与制度化;党和国家机关要担负起对干部道德监督的重大责任,要加强对干部道德的群众监督和舆论监督,各级领导干部要加强道德自律等。这些重要思想丰富和发展了中国特色社会主义理论体系。Jiang Zemin thinks that moral supervision is an important component in the strategy of ruling a country by morality.In the construction of the Party and in combating corruption and building a clean government,we should attach importance to both institutional and moral supervision.He put forwards that leading cadres at all levels should cherish the mass in their hearts,hold correct idea of power;properly use their power,and take the lead in forming good family morale.The Party and state organs should shoulder the major responsibility for supervising the moral of the leading cadres and the leading cadres themselves should strengthen the moral self-discipline.These ideas have enriched and developed the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
