摘　　要：文中从某话务系统应用中所出现检测盲点的问题出发,根据目前维护中逐段派查方法的特点,采用协议转换、信号检测与估计以及模块化设计等方法,设计并实现了用于消除话务线路检测盲点的系统。试验证明:该检测系统提高了话务系统的安全性和稳定性。A novel scheme for designing and building the detection of special telephone system is proposed,which is based on clear-up of the detection blind-spot.In the light of the problem found in the application of a special telephone and the character （eliminating the failure one by one） of the method used for the daily maintenance,and by using protocol transform,signal detection and estimation,and modularization technologies,the system for clearing up the detection blind-spot of the special telephone system is designed and realized.Experiment indicates that this system could raise the security and reliability of the special telephone system.
