摘　　要：等离子体是物质的第四态。等离子体皮肤再生是一种用等离子的能量在皮肤产生热效应的表面重修新方法。等离子体皮肤再生的作用不依赖色基不汽化组织。等离子体皮肤再生已用于治疗皮肤皱纹、肤色异常、光老化、皮肤松弛、痤疮瘢痕及其他皮肤病变。等离子体皮肤再生的安全性甚佳。已有设置不同能量的数种治疗方案可供个体化治疗之用，操作者可以此精细控制手术损伤的程度和术后的复原时间。Plasma is the fourth state of matter. Plasma skin regeneration （PSR）, as a novel method for resurfacing that uses plasma energy to create a thermal effect on skin, is chromophore independent and does not vaporize tissue. PSR has been used for the treatment of rhytides, dyschromias, photoaging, skin laxity, acne scars and other skin conditions. The safety profile of PSR is excellent. Several treatment protocols with variable energy settings allow for individualized treatment and offer fine control over injury degree and recovery time.
