大黄蛰虫丸联合消炎痛治疗急性单纯型结节性红斑疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察大黄蛰虫丸联合消炎痛治疗急性单纯型结节性红斑的疗效方法60例患者随机分成两组,治疗组30例采用大黄蛰虫丸口服,3g/次,2次/d,同时口服消炎痛25mg/次,3次/d;对照组30例仅口服消炎痛,25mg/次,3次/d,疗程同治疗组。结果治疗组有效率96.67%,对照组73.33%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论大黄蛰虫丸联合消炎痛治疗急性单纯型结节性红斑有效。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Dahuang Zhechong pillls on treating acute simple erythema nodosum. Methods 60 patients with acute simple erythema nodosum were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Patients in treatment group were treated with Dahuang Zhechong pills, 3g a time, two times daily and indometacin tablet, 25mg a time, three times daily. In control group, patients were only treated with indometacin. The two groups were evaluated after continuous treatment for two weeks. Results Total effective rate of treatment group was 96.67% and that of the control group was 73.33%. The difference between them was significant （P0.05）. Conclusion Dahuang Zhechong pills is an effective drug on treating acute simple erythema modosum.
