摘  要:对接种不同污泥的内循环(IC)反应器处理硬质板废水的启动情况进行了比较、讨论。启动结果表明:接种絮状污泥的1#IC反应器和接种颗粒污泥的2#IC反应器分别经140、46d完成启动,容积负荷分别达到5.20、7.10kg[COD]/(m3·d),COD去除率分别达到90%、88%,出水VFA的质量浓度分别为150~250、130~180mg/L;反应器均运行良好。采用颗粒污泥接种的IC反应器启动时间短,VFA变化幅度小,抗冲击负荷能力强,不容易发生酸败现象,但所需费用要远大于絮状污泥接种的费用。The start-up of internal circulation (IC) reactors seeded with different sludge in hardboard wastewater treatment were compared and discussed. The results showed that: the start-up of 1# IC reactor seeded with flocculent sludge and 2# IC reactor seeded with granular sludge completed in 140 and 46 d respectively, the final COD volume loading reached 5.20 and 7.10 kg [COD]/(m3-d) respectively, the removal rates of COD reached 90% and 88% respectively, and the effluent VFA mass concentration were 150 - 250 and 130 - 180 mg/L respectively; the reactors were both running well. The IC reactor seeded with granular sludge had the advantage of short start-up time, narrow VFA variation range, good anti-shock loading capability and rare rancidity, however, its operation cost was much higher than the IC reactor seeded with flocculent sludge.
