青年腹型肥胖患者微量白蛋白尿和血液流变学的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨青年腹型肥胖患者微量白蛋白尿、生化指标和血液流变学的相关性。方法:筛选青年腹型肥胖、外周型肥胖患者和同期健康志愿者三组,统一测定微量白蛋白尿(MAU)、生化指标和血液流变学相关指标。结果:腹型肥胖组在MAU、甘油三脂、胆固醇、血尿酸、丙氨酸氨基转移酶、尿素氮、肌酐、血糖、血液流变学指标等多项平均数均有明显增高;在检测项目异常率方面,腹型肥胖组与外周型肥胖组、健康对照组比较,差异均有非常显著意义(P<0.01)。结论:青年腹型肥胖患者均有不同程度MAU、生化指标和血液流变学指标异常,其异常检出率明显增高(P<0.01),且MAU与血液流变学指标异常率呈正相关。Objective： To observe the relativity of microalbuminuria（MAU）of youth abdominal obesity,biochemical index and hemorheology.Method： Participants were categorized into three groups which were abdominal obese group,general obese group and health volunteer group,MAU,biochemical index and hemorheology were examined in the same standard.Result ： The average value of MAU,TG,CHOL,UA,ALT,BUN,CRE,GLU and hemorheology index were obviously heightened,as far as abnormal rate three group（abdominal obese group,general obese group and health volunteer group） were compared,there was obvious difference（P0.01）.Conclusion： There is abnormal index in different degree in MAU,biochemical index and hemorheology,there was obvious difference in abnormal rate（P0.01）and MAU are positively related with abnormal index rate of hemorheology.
