摘  要:目的:观察30%冰醋酸外涂与异维A酸口服联合治疗跖疣的疗效。方法:选择门诊确诊的跖疣患者102例,随机分为A、B、C三组:A组用30%冰醋酸外涂,每天3次,直至疣体消失,最长疗程1个月;B组在A组治疗基础上加服异维A酸胶丸10mg每日2次,至疣体全部消失,最长疗程1个月;C组采用CO2激光进行烧灼,直至疣体完全被清除为止。结果:疣体消失率C组最高,其次B组,A组最低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);原位复发率A、B两组相似(P>0.05),C组最高(P<0.05);痊愈率B组与C组相似(P>0.05),但明显高于A组(P<0.05)。C组有疤痕形成,占17.92%,A、B两组无疤痕形成。疣体消失天数B组明显少于A组(P<0.05)。结论:30%冰醋酸外涂与异维A酸口服联合治疗跖疣具有原位复发率低、痊愈率高、无疤痕形成、疣体消失时间比A组明显缩短等优点,是治疗跖疣的一种好方法。Objective: To observe 30% acetic acid combined with oral 13-cis-retinoic acid in the treatment of plantar warts.Method: 102 cases of patients with plantar warts were randomly divided into A,B,C three groups: A group were given 30% acetic acid,3 times a day,until the wart disappeared,the longest course was a month;B group added in the foundation with 13-cis-retinoic acid capsule 10mg twice a day,until the wart disappeared,the longest course was a month;C group were treated with CO2 laser burning,until the wart was completely cleared up.Result: Wart disappearance rate of C group was the highest,followed by B group,A group was the lowest,There was obvious difference(P 0.05);situ recurrence rate of A,B groups were similar(P 0.05),C group was the highest(P 0.05);the cure rate of B groupwas similar to C group(P 0.05),but they were obvious higher than A group(P 0.05) in C group,the formation of scar was 17.92%,A,B groups had not scar formation.The days of the wart was disappeared in B group was obvious less than A group(P 0.05).Conclusion: It is low situ recurrence rate,high cure rate,no scar formation with applying 30% acetic acid combination with oral isotretinoin,The time of the wart disappeared is shorter than A group.As a treatment for plantar warts,it might be a good method.
