摘  要:根据流体的基本运动定律和分析精度的要求,讨论了塑料注射成型中熔体前沿喷泉效应的近似处理方法和数值分析方法。Polymer melt front flow contributes significantly to fiber orientation in injection molding because of fountain flow of the front region,which is the phenomenon of dece leration and outward motion of fluid particles.So it is important to analyze front flow reasonably according to precision requirements in computer simulation of injection molding.In idealized fountain flow,a simple model is applied based on conservation of mass,in which the fountain flow region is simplified to a straight line that moves with the average front velocity.While consideration is given to the shape of the free surface or the flow details near the advancing front,fountain flow can be analyzed by solving the steady state equations for mass and momentum with reasonable assumptions and boundary conditions.
