堆酶MF-03在棉织物前处理上的应用

摘　　要：文章采用堆酶MF-03对纯棉机织物进行前处理,分析探讨处理条件对织物处理效果的影响,并优选出最佳的工艺条件。经该工艺处理后棉织物的白度、毛效与传统的退煮漂工艺相当,而且可以缩短工艺流程,减轻环境污染,节能节水。Enzyme MF-03 was selected and used in the pretreatment of cotton fabric. The effect of different treatment condition produced on the property of treated fabric was discussed and analysed. The optimal pretreatment condition was indicated. Under this condition, the whiteness and capillarity of the treated fabric were almost the same as that of traditional method. Moreover, enzyme pretreatment technology could take advantage of shortening production process, decreaseing environmental load, saving both energy and water.
