摘 要:采用不同型号的苯乙烯-马来酸酐(SMA)分别对原纸进行表面施胶,比较研究了不同型号的表面施胶剂SMA对纸张物理性能和喷墨打印性能的影响。结果表明,H520在改善纸张喷墨打印性能方面要优于其他4种SMA;H520可使纸张透气度降低99.9%,平滑度提高25.1%、吸水性提高122%,对纸张白度和不透明度的损失较小;在喷墨打印性能方面,H520可提高印品的色密度,C、M、Y、K分别提高9.1%、16.0%、1.3%和12.4%,可扩大暗调呈现范围,墨点清晰度提高5.4%,改善色彩还原性50%以上。In this paper, different types of SMA surface sizing agents produced by Hercules and Sartomer of USA used for surface sizing on the uncoated papers to compare the effects of those sizing agents on the physical properties and ink-jet printability of the uncoated papers. The results showed that H520 produced by Hercules is superior to the other four kinds of SMA surface sizing agents in ink-jet printability improvement. In the aspect of paper physical properties, H520 can decrease porosity by 99.9%, increase smoothness and Cobb value by 25.1% and 122% respectively, while the whiteness and opacity are not decreased too much. In the aspect of ink-jet printability, it can enhance the color density of printed products, C, M, Y, K are increased by 9.1%, 16.0%, 1.3% and 12.4% respectively, it also can expand the range of shadows appearance, increase the dots resolution by 5.4%, improve the color reproduction more than 50%.
