摘　　要：目的:通过对天津市公立医院2004～2008年物价工作成效的分析,了解其发展中存在的问题,提出相关建议,为卫生决策部门制定相关政策提供依据。方法:通过分层抽样选取天津市95家公立医院进行问卷调查,并选取代表性医院进行访谈。结果:自天津市加强医疗物价管理以来,公立医院物价管理工作有所改善。结论:天津市公立医院还存在补偿不足、收费标准与市场不适应、发展不平衡、监管不健全等问题,应从补偿机制、成本监测及价格调整体系、内部运行机制等方面进行改善。Objective：Through the survey on the price control situation of Tianjin public hospitals between 2004 and 2008,puzzIes existing in them would be found and suggestions for decision would be put forward.Methods：95 pubIic hospita｜s in Tianjin were selected into the sample pool,and questionnaires were sent to the hospitals.And some public hospitals were chosen as focused interview.Results：From Tianjin strengthening the management of medical prices,the price management had been improved.Conclusion：Public hospitals had some problems such as compensation is insufficient,fees not meeting market standards,uneven development,and inadequate supervision and so on.Then improving the compensation mechanismes,tablishing the medical costs of monitoring and the price adjustment system,and improving hospital inside operating mechanism and so on were suggested.
