摘　　要：目的:探讨经阴道彩色多普勒超声与血β-HCG值结合诊断早期输卵管妊娠的临床价值。方法:68例输卵管妊娠患者行经阴道超声检查并在当天或次日行血β-HCG测定,住院治疗者隔天行血β-HCG复查。结果:输卵管妊娠患者血β-HCG值均升高,附件处输卵管妊娠包块声像图表现:附件区胎囊型包块35例,附件区混合型包块33例,盆腔积液38例。结论:经阴道彩色超声结合血β-HCG测定,对"妊娠盲区"时期及对非输卵管妊娠的附件包块的鉴别起很大作用。二者结合对输卵管妊娠的诊断有重要的临床价值。Objective To evaluate the clinical value of transvaginal color Doppler sonography（TVCDS ） and blood β-HCG levels for the early diagnosis of tubal pregnancy.Method Total 68 patients of tubal pregnancy were examined by TVCDS and blood β-HCG levels in the same day or the next day,and inpatients rechecked β-HCG levels on alternate days.Results The patients＇blood β-HCG levels were higher,and TVCDS showed ultrasonographic mass of tubal pregnancy in adnexa,including 35 cases of fetal sac-type mass,33 cases of mixed mass and 38 cases of pelvic fluid.Conclusion TVCDS and blood β-HCG levels has a considerable differential diagnostic value in the pregnancy blind spots period and non-ectopic pregnancy adnexal mass.The combination of the two methods has important clinical diagnostic value in tubal pregnancy.
