摘　　要：目的:总结胸腹联合伤的诊断与手术治疗经验。方法:对31例胸腹联合损伤患者进行回顾性分析。结果:本组31例,存活27例,死亡4例,死亡率12.9%。结论:胸腹联合伤病情重,临床表现复杂,早期正确诊断、及时和合理的手术治疗是降低死亡率、提高救治水平的关键。Objective To summarize the surgical experience of thoraco-abdominal injury treatment.Method Total 31 cases of thoraco-abdominal injuries were analyzed retrospectively.Results Among the 31 cases,27 cases of survival,4 cases of died,and the mortality rate was 12.9%.Conclusion Thoraco-abdominal injuries are severe illnesses with complex clinical manifestations,early correct diagnosis, timely and reasonable surgical treatment are crucial in reducing mortality and improving the treatment recoveries.
