摘　　要：报道了恶霉灵急性经口、经皮毒性，蓄积毒性，微核和睾丸初级精母细胞染色体畸变试验的研究结果。恶霉灵对小白鼠经口ＬＤ５０为２７１０ｍｇ／ｋｇ，经皮ＬＤ５０＞１００００ｍｇ／ｋｇ，蓄积毒性属于弱蓄积性，微核和睾丸初级精母细胞染色体畸变试验为阴性。The general and genetic toxicity of Hydroxyisoxazole was studied,including acute,accumulating test,micronucleus and testis chromosome aberration assaying.The acute oral LD 50 of the chemical was 2710mg/kg to both of male and female mice.The acute dermal LD 50 was more than 10000mg/kg to both of male and female mice.The slight accumulation for mice was observed in the test.The results of micronucleus and testis chromosome aberration assaying were nagtive.
