经腹股沟切口腹膜前间隙补片修补腹股沟疝18例

摘　　要：目的：总结经腹股沟切口腹膜前间隙补片修补腹股沟疝的手术方法。方法：回顾分析经腹股沟切口腹膜前间隙补片修补腹股沟疝18例患者的临床资料。结果：经腹股沟切口腹膜前间隙补片修补腹股沟疝的患者手术时间35-85min,平均44min。1例术后尿潴留,无阴囊积液,无术后伤口硬结及异物感,随访3-10个月无复发。结论：经腹股沟切口腹膜前间隙补片修补腹股沟疝的手术简单易行、损伤小、术后疼痛轻、复发率低,适合基层医院开展。Objective To summarize the methods of inguinal hernia repair using preperitoneal patch.Methods： The clinical data of 18 patients treated inguinal hernia with the methods of inguinal hernia repair using preperitoneal patch during the period from April 2009 to November 2009 were analyzed retrospectively.Results： All patients were cured and the operating time was 35-85 minutes.1 patient was retention of urine after operation.No seroma of scrotum and foreign body sensation of wound.No recurrence was found in 3-10 months fellow-up after operation.Conclusions： the methods of inguinal hernia repair using preperitoneal patch is less complications and easily generalized in grass-roots hospital.
