阴道超声监测药物诱导排卵的价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨阴道超声监测药物诱导排卵的临床价值。方法:阴道超声对200例排卵障碍妇女药物诱导排卵,进行动态监测。结果:经药物诱导成功排卵139例,卵泡发育不良及闭锁24例,卵泡囊肿8例,黄素化19例,卵巢过度刺激征(OHSS)10例。结论:阴道B超不但能准确观察卵巢大小,卵泡生长数目、大小、张力形态变化;而且通过结合内膜厚度、回声、基础体温、血雌激素或孕激素测定、血或尿LH峰值测定、宫颈黏液评分情况等,为临床给药及治疗方案提供信息。Objective To explore the clinical value of oulation of drug inducement by vaginal ultrasound monitoring.Methods 200 cases of women patients with ovulation barriers were carried on oulation of drug inducement and dynamical monitoring through vaginal ultrasound.Results The cases of success on oulation were 139,cases of follicular dysplasia and atresia were 24,cases of follicular cyst were 8,cases of luteinizing cyst were 19,cases of OHSS were 10.Conclusion Vaginal b-sonography can not only provide accurate observation about ovary condition,but also provide information and treatments for clinical medical dose through combined with intima thickness,echo,temperature,blood estrogen or progesterone,blood or urine LH peak,the score of cervical mucus,and so on.
